Control Environment
AgroClever creates a unified control environment, which provides company’s top management and employees with the valid financial and administrative reporting.Accounting and control processes are automized and brought to a unified standard, that allows to reach comprehensive control over all resources and operations – from quality of field works execution and material consumption, up to target usage of company’s budgetary funds. In case the solution works together with the other information system or electronic sensors available in the company, AgroClever technologies provides efficiency and accuracy of data gathering from various sources, including accounting systems.

The control of work execution includes not only estimation of operation, but also operational plan-fact analysis of work scope and terms, which allows to take measurements quickly in response to both low-quality work execution and force-majeur circumstances (weather conditions, equipment failure and other). Besides, operational control over field work process provides adherence to the planned agrarian technologies at the level of each operation.
The solution allows to account estimates of crop state, which enables an efficient forecast of yield, and in case of necessity, to re-plan technological operations. Besides, the implementation of the Earth remote sensing technologies and spectral pictures from the satellites also gives the possibility to estimate the work execution quality and yields, and to assess the adequacy of the estimation performed.
